15th International conference "Fuels of the Future 2018" in Berlin
The conference is an event for the exchange with German and international stakeholders from politics, the industry and research. The program covers a diversity of all topics relevant for improving climate protection in the transport sector:
During the plenary session, representatives of the Federal Ministry of Transport, the EC, the FAO, the IRENA and Roland Berger GmbH will address political and technological prospects. The future prospects will be looked at from the perspective of the industry, the EC, and members of the German and the European Parliament. The opening session includes panel discussion with Pekka Pesonen (COPA-COGECA), Bernd Kuepker (EC), Norbert Schindler (MdB), Stefan Schreiber (Cargill Holding) and Christian Hochfeld (Agora Verkehrswende) on the development of alternative fuels and engine technologies.
A total of 11 forums will deal with a broad range of topics; German and international experts will present the latest from technical development, research, certification, market analysis and trade flows. Power-To-X and biomethene are also covered like emissions reduction in the transport sector.
The 15th International conference "Fuels of the Future 2018" will take place on 22 / 23 January 2018 in Berlin.
